Information we collect

82-0 Game Challenge does not require user accounts or login credentials to play. Most game activity, including drafted lineups and simulation results, is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

If you choose to submit a score to a leaderboard, we store the nickname you provide, the game and mode, your final result (wins, losses, grade, overall rating), the roster that produced the result, and the submission timestamp. This information is displayed publicly on the leaderboard for the selected time period.

If you choose to like a leaderboard entry, we store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent duplicate votes. We do not store your original IP address for this purpose.

Our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referral source, and page visit timestamps. This data is used for site performance monitoring and security.

How we use information

Technical data is used solely to maintain site availability, prevent abuse, monitor performance, and understand aggregate usage trends. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Analytics services may use cookies to distinguish unique visits. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data retention

Leaderboard entries are retained for as long as the leaderboard feature is offered. Because leaderboard submissions are anonymous and not tied to accounts, individual entries cannot be deleted by request unless they violate our terms.

Server logs and analytics data are retained for a limited period necessary for operational and security purposes, typically no longer than 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Since we do not collect personal data directly, most requests relate to analytics data managed by our hosting providers.
